monthly partner faqs
What does it mean to be a monthly partner?
As a monthly partner, you join a special group of monthly donors. You’re telling our patients that you’ll stand by them every day.
How do I change or manage my monthly gift?
If your monthly gift was started through our website, you can log in to manage it. From there you can change your monthly gift amount or cancel your recurring donation.
If you started your monthly gift through our Radiothon, mail, or through another channel, contact us at everydayhero@chtrust.org.
I forgot I was giving monthly. Can I get my past donations refunded?
We are unable to refund past monthly donations, but we can terminate your monthly gift at any time. The hospital relies on your monthly gift to support the many programs and services not covered by insurance.
Why should I give monthly?
Monthly giving is the easiest and most convenient way to give. By setting up your monthly gift today you can relax knowing your support is working every day whenever it is needed most. And if your situation changes for any reason, you can always change or cancel your gift online or with a simple phone call.
Will I get a tax receipt for my monthly donations?
You will receive an initial thank you message for your new monthly gift. After that, you will receive a yearly tax receipt by the end of January each year for your full contribution. To request a receipt for a specific payment or year, contact monthlypartner@chtrust.org.
What happens if my credit card expires or the number changes?
For many donors, your support will be uninterrupted with the help of your credit card company. Participating American Express, Visa and MasterCard companies will send us updates of your expiration date or new card number to continue your recurring gift hassle free.
If your card cannot be updated automatically, please contact us by phone at 617-919-6755. We may also reach out to you by mail or email to update your credit card on file.
