Most events will be played on the back fields. Please note: This is not a Harvard University event and it is not controlled, presented, or supervised by Harvard University or any of its schools or programs.
Getting There
By public transit: Take the MBTA’s Red Line to Harvard Square. From there, the complex is a 10-minute walk down JFK Street and over the Charles River. The MBTA’s route 66 and 86 buses also stop in front of Harvard Stadium.
By car: Enter through Gate 8 or Gate 16 and parking staff will direct you to available parking.
By Uber/Lyft: Use the address of Beren Tennis Center (65 North Harvard St, Boston, MA 02134) to get dropped off in the correct location.
Schedule
- 12 pm: Teams arrive at Athletes' Village
- 1 pm: Opening Ceremonies
- 1:20 pm: Competition begins
- 4:30 pm: Closing Ceremonies and After-Party
- 6 pm: Event concludes
Weather plan
In the event of inclement weather in the forecast, we will move the event to the next day, July 11, and notify participants in advance.
Teams
Boston Children’s Hospital values gender diversity. Teams should be composed of people representing a mix of gender identities with no more than half of a team representing one gender to maintain equity and inclusion in the competition. This should be true for the whole team as well as any smaller groups assembled for specific events.
