Fundraising tips to share with your kids

  1. Suggest that your kids ask friends, family or local stores if they would be willing to donate supplies like lemons, cups or sugar so they can keep costs low.
  2. Encourage them to use our Boston Children’s Hospital fundraising kit, so it’s clear who the donated funds are helping.
  3. Help your kids get set up on a safe sidewalk or driveway on a sunny day, in a spot where people tend to walk or drive by often.
  4. Use a QR code to make giving simple and easy. Download and print it from the Share Your Page section of your Fundraising Center once you’ve registered your child’s fundraiser.
  5. Share their fundraising page far and wide. Ask long distance friends and family to participate virtually by donating to your kids’ page directly.
  6. Suggest that your kids ask for donations instead of setting specific prices. They can tell their customers to donate any amount to get a lemonade.
