Generations of generosity

When Laraine Levy, above right, celebrated the birth of her first granddaughter, Paige Brooke, Boston Children’s wasn’t far from her mind. Levy’s daughter, Allison, battled leukemia as a toddler, and Boston Children’s saved her life. Levy has given back in gratitude ever since, serving as a member of our Board of Overseers, the Boston Children’s Hospital League, and as a volunteer. Her recent $1 million gift created the Cohen Family Garden, named for her parents.
