Wherever you go
Chances are, you’re already a fan of ours, but are you following us everywhere? Here at Children’s we share great health information and stories through Facebook, Twitter, email, etc. With the ever-growing list of channels out there, here’s a station-identification break to remind you where and how to stay connected.
At home or on the road
The researchers, doctors and fundraising staff love sharing stories and insights with all of you – our biggest fans! Wherever you go, Children’s can come with you - at home on the computer or on- the-go with your mobile device.
The heart and soul
Your stories are what we get up for each morning. Your children’s victories. Your personal sorrows. Your worries about finding the best care possible for that scary diagnosis. The Children’s Hospital Boston Facebook page is a great place where patients and VIP visitors connect with other fans, comment on wall posts, ask questions and share stories. Follow us on Twitter @helpkids to get snippets of information about patients, upcoming fundraising events, and more. Our Fundraising blog is easy reading with a mix of patient stories, promotions and ideas on how you can get involved with the hospital to help kids get better. Stop by our YouTube channel for fundraising videos, like this one of Katie Jeter, or Shaq promoting one of our latest fundraising efforts.
Just what the doctor prescribed
For those of you more interested in the science behind the work we do, check out Vector – our blog about research and innovation in pediatric and adult medicine. You might also want to explore Thrive, a blog dedicated to child health issues and pediatric health care. You’ll discover commentary from our researchers and doctors about newsworthy topics - such as an analysis on these cute babbling babies. For more real-time updates on hospital and healthcare news, follow us on Twitter @ChildrensBoston, or visit YouTube to see more about various health conditions and current research.
