- Certified as marathon coach by Jack Daniels, author of Daniels’ Running Formula
Is a 10 time marathon finisher, 2 time Boston finisher and a Boston qualified runner. Beyond running marathons Jeff also runs dozens of races a year between 5K's and half marathons. He has completed his first Ironman Triathlon and is currently training for his second. He has been coaching for 4 years and has helped over 1000 runner achieve their personal goals. Jeff has attended classes with Nancy Clarke (Food Guide for Marathoners).
Jeff grew up in Lexington and now lives in Waltham. He is a 2001 graduate of Lafayette College. Jeff currently works in the food manufacturing industry.

Sarah has worked in the fitness industry for 5 years and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, where she wrote a thesis on exercise adherence among college females. After graduating, Sarah moved to Boston to work for the Boston Breakers Women’s Professional Soccer team. Sarah then worked at Boston University in their athletic department and physical education and recreation department where she obtained her Master’s of Education in Physical Education, Health Education and Coaching.
An active runner, Sarah has completed 5 marathons and numerous half marathons. Before running, Sarah was a competitive figure skater for over 15 years and traveled all over the country as well as represented the United States in international competition.
Sarah enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities and her goal with everyone she works with is to help them find the fun in exercise, while challenging them to find their own strengths. She teaches a Senior Circuit class at the Hancock Street club as well as muscle conditioning and spinning classes.
