Giving to Boston Children's Hospital

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals is a national organization that supports more than 170 member hospitals/foundations dedicated to serving children. Boston Children's Hospital is the local Children's Miracle Network hospital in Eastern Massachusetts, and Central and Southern New Hampshire. As the regional affiliate, we receive funds from national and local corporate sponsorships, and individual contributions. These funds support our areas of greatest need in care, research and community health - often providing care to low-income, at-risk children.

When Avery was diagnosed with eye cancer at nine months, parents Stacy and Cory, assistant managers at Walmart, realized the importance of supporting Boston Children's. Tumors required removal of his left eye, but doctors saved the vision in his right. "Doctor's not only saved Avery's vision, but they saved his life."

Thank you Walmart and Sam's Club associates for selecting Boston Children's Hospital to receive a $100,000 gift through The Walmart Foundation's Associate Choice Program. Since 2002, Walmart and Sam's Club associates have raised more than $8.2 million for the hospital.
