Join with thousands of people who walk to raise money to help sick kids get better. It's a great way to see Boston and fun for the whole family! Even if you can’t walk the day of the event, you can still help make it a success. You can walk virtually or sponsor a participant.

Run Miles for Miracles

Athletes of all abilities compete as part of the Miles for Miracles program. You can join one of our Miles for Miracles teams or compete in an athletic event anywhere and receive the great benefits. You'll receive coaching, fundraising advice, staff support and a race day singlet.

Help Families

Boston Children's Hospital offers two homes where families can stay while their child undergoes extended treatment. To make their stay easier while managing their child's care, short-term volunteers cook an evening meal while long-term volunteers play a larger role with daily operations.
