When the best in sports joins the best in pediatric medicine—the possibilities are endless. Join us on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 for the annual Champions for Children's dinner and auction!
This amazing event benefiting Children's Hospital Boston features athletes and staff from all five of Boston's major sport's teams – the Bruins, Celtics, Patriots, Red Sox and Revolution – as well as top business leaders from Boston and around the world.
Red Sox all-star Josh Beckett is the recipient of the 2009 Champion Award, in recognition of his dedication to making a difference in the lives of the patients at Children's.
Champions for Children's supports the programs that make Children's Hospital Boston an 'all-star' hospital: patient care treatments so novel, they're not available anywhere else; research that's leading to breakthrough discoveries here and around the globe, and community outreach initiatives that strengthen Boston families.
